Overview
This course meets the requirements of the Early Years foundation stage statutory framework. It meets Ofsted requirements for workers caring for children in the absence of their parents.

- Anaphylaxis
Outcomes
On successful completion of the course and on passing the practical and theory assessments the candidate will be awarded a certificate in Paediatric First Aid. This is valid for three years and should be renewed every three years
Duration and Assessment
12 hour programme (usually over 2 days or 4 evenings), tutor assessment of competence in child and baby CPR and the treatment of a breathing unconscious casualty. There is also a 25 Question multiple choice examination.
Cost
£55 plus VAT per candidate for a maximum of 12 candidates (minimum 10) where the training is delivered in-house. This includes the cost of certificates and workbooks
